Quit and stay quit!
After many personally failed attempts I finally devised the perfect self help quit program. Three stages over six months to be completely tobacco, nicotine and habit free with very little will power needed.
Knowing the whys and routines of your habit allows you to work with them to create new, healthier ones without the strain, pain and constant concentration that cold turkey or other methods induce.
So come on a quit smoking journey with me and try a new way of giving up that I can say personally....WORKS!!
