  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups spinach leaves

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing them horizontally, but not all the way through.
