I wanted to write this book so that many others could benefit from their choice of being smoke-free. By becoming a non-smoker within self first is an extortionary task to accomplish. My plan was to help people discover their own strength gained through the simple disciplines discussed in this book.

People who have lost most or all of the power in their lives can experience a strengthening within and take their power back.

Once they have learned how to successfully question authority, yes, the inner authority within, they can then make other choices about how to manage their addictive behaviors and their lives. So this small book of intense power changes people's inner workings and allows them to decide now how they want to relate to themselves, their addictive behaviors, and their lives.
