Best Face Yoga Exercises for Marionette Lines and Sagging Jowls

1. The Chin Lift: Lift your chin towards the ceiling, keeping your lips closed. Extend your lower jaw forward and upwards as if trying to reach the ceiling with your lower teeth. Hold this position for a few seconds before relaxing. Repeat this exercise 10 times to help tighten and strengthen the muscles in your chin and neck.

2. The Jaw Release: Sit or stand comfortably with a straight back. Relax your shoulders and let your arms hang naturally. Gently close your mouth and relax your jaw. Inhale deeply through your nose, then exhale slowly while humming. As you exhale, lower your chin towards your chest and feel the stretch in your neck. Repeat this exercise 5 times to help tighten the muscles in your neck and reduce sagging jowls.

3. The CheekLift: Sit or stand upright and tilt your head back to look at the ceiling. Pucker your lips as if kissing the ceiling and try to gesture an exaggerated smile. Hold this position for a few seconds before relaxing and repeating the exercise 10 times. This exercise helps tone and lift the muscles in your cheeks, reducing the appearance of marionette lines.

4. The Fish Face: Sit or stand comfortably and suck in your cheeks to create a fish face shape. Smile slightly while holding this position for a few seconds. Repeat this exercise 10 times to strengthen your cheek muscles and tighten drooping jowls.

5. The Wide-Eyed Blink: Sit or stand upright and open your eyes wide. Blink rapidly for about 10 seconds and then relax. Repeat this exercise 5 times to help tone the muscles around your eyes and minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
